Laboratoire Coalvi is committed to protecting the privacy of their customers. Coalvi’s personal data protection policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) Charter “) applies to all personal data collected or submitted on our websites, both online and offline, including personal data collected or received through our websites (hereinafter our ” websites “) and any mobile sites, applications, widgets and other interactive features (hereinafter, collectively, our ” Applications “), through the official pages of social networks that we control (hereinafter our ” social network pages “) as well as HTML-formatted electronic messages sent to you by us (hereinafter, collectively with the social networking pages, applications and websites, the ” sites “).

What personal data do we collect?
” Personal Data ” means information that identifies you as an individual, such as:

How do we collect personal data?
After obtaining your consent if required by applicable law, we and our service providers may collect personal data in several ways, including:
- Through the Sites: We may collect Personal Information through the Sites, for example, when you sign up for a newsletter or make a purchase.
- Offline: We may collect Personal Data from you offline, for example, when you contact customer service.

- When using an Application. When you download and use an Application, we and our service providers may track and collect Application usage data, such as the date and time the Application on your device accesses our servers and what information and files were downloaded to the Application based on your device number.
- From you: Information such as date of birth, gender, and zip code, as well as other information, such as your preferred method of communication, may be collected when you voluntarily provide such information.
- Physical Location: We may collect the physical location of your device.
In some cases, we may use a third-party payment service to process purchases and/or collect Contributions made through the Sites. In this case, your Personal Information may be collected by the third party and not by us, and will be governed by the third party’s privacy policy and not by this Policy. We have no control over, and disclaim any responsibility for, the use or disclosure of your Personal Information by such third party.
How do we use personal data?
We may use Personal Data:
- to respond to your requests and inquiries, e.g. to send you newsletters or to answer your questions and comments.
- to send you administrative information, such as information about the Sites and changes to our terms and policies.

Security
We have implemented organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect the Personal Data under our control. Unfortunately, it is impossible to guarantee 100% secure data transmission via the Internet or a data storage system.
If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of an account you may have with us has been compromised), please notify us immediately of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contact Us” section.
Unsubscribe
If at any time you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us, you may use the unsubscribe feature in our marketing communication you received or let us know using the contact information listed in the “Contact Us” section. In your request, please be sure to indicate that you wish to stop receiving marketing communications from us. Please note that changes may not take effect immediately, however we will endeavor to respond to your requests as soon as possible.
Third Party Sites
This Policy does not govern, and we disclaim any responsibility for, the privacy, information or other practices of third parties, including where the EF Sites contain a link to a site operated by a third party. The inclusion of a link on the EF Sites does not imply that we or our affiliates endorse the linked site.
In addition, we may give you access to third-party features that allow you to post content to your social media accounts. Note that any information you provide using this feature is governed by the privacy policy of the third party in question and not by this Policy. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, any third party’s use of the information you provide using this feature.
We are also not responsible for the collection, use, and disclosure policies and practices (including data security practices) of other organizations, such as Facebook, Apple, Google, Microsoft, RIM, or any other application developer, application provider, social network platform provider, operating system provider, wireless service provider, or device manufacturer, including Personal Data that you disclose to other organizations through or as part of the Applications or our Social Network Pages.
Retention Period
We will retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
Use of Sites by Minors
We offer children’s programs for sale to adults. For the protection of children’s personal data, we require parental permission from users who wish to make a reservation or order a brochure for one of these programs and who are under the age of majority in their country of residence.
Sensitive Information
As a general rule, we ask that you not send or disclose to us any Sensitive Personal Information (e.g., information regarding racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or other beliefs, medical condition, criminal record, or union membership) on or through the Sites or otherwise. In some specific cases, such as insurance applications, we will clearly indicate how to do this in a secure manner.
Update of the present Charter
We may have to modify the present Charter. Please check the “Last Updated” box at the top of this page to see when this Policy was last updated. Any changes to this Policy will be effective upon our posting of the amended Policy on a Site. Your use of the Sites after these changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right, once a calendar year, to contact us to find out, free of charge, what information about you is being used. You have the right to receive your personal data in a readable computer format and you have the right to transfer your personal data to a third party data controller.
You have the right at any time to withdraw your consent or to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and you may at any time request that the use of your personal data be restricted or that we delete it. Please note, however, that a restriction or deletion may mean that we will no longer be able to provide you with information, services or products that you would like to receive. At your request, we are also required to correct any incorrect, incomplete or misleading personal data about you.
