ARTICLE 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
The Coalvi website, accessible via https://lab-coalvi.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) is published and administered by Coalvi Laboratories, whose head office is located at Zone industrielle
of El Aguila 2111 – Gafsa, Tunisia.

Browsing this Site is subject to the regulations in force. The purpose of the Site is to offer, promote and market online the products, services and offers of Coalvi Laboratories.
The use of the Site and the purchase of products offered on the Site are subject to the present General Terms of Use (hereinafter “the GTU”).
By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation the present TOS. Similarly, by using the Site you acknowledge the Site’s Privacy Policy, as well as its General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) and its Legal Notice.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS
Access to and use of the Site (with or without creating an account) implies the User’s unreserved acceptance of the General Terms of Use (including these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the Legal Notice, including any additional conditions accessible by hyperlink).
The User confirms that he/she has read and understood the entirety of these TOS before using the Services and undertakes to respect them.
Any new features and tools that are added to the Site in the future will also be subject to these TOU.
Coalvi reserves the right to modify at any time the TOS, the T&C, the Cookies policy, the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy.
The latest version of the TOS is permanently accessible on the Site via a dedicated tab and can be consulted at any time by Users.
Access to and use of the Site following the posting of any changes shall constitute User’s acceptance of such changes.
In any case, the version of the GTU applicable is the one in force on the day of the navigation.
In the event that one of the clauses of these TOU is invalid due to a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this will not affect the validity and respect of the other clauses of the TOU.
ARTICLE 3 – ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE

Coalvi makes every effort, as part of a general obligation of means, to provide Users with a secure site.
Access to and browsing of the Site is conditional upon the use of compatible computer and telecommunications equipment, which all Users must ensure in advance.
Coalvi reserves the right to interrupt or temporarily suspend access to the Site or modify access to it for maintenance or any other reason, without the User being entitled to claim any compensation.
Coalvi shall not be held liable in the event that the User is unable to access the Website or for any damage that may occur as a result of its use.
Coalvi shall not be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being restrictive:
- Any network malfunction preventing the proper functioning of the Site;
- Loss of any data;
- The malfunction of any software;
- The consequences of any computer virus, bug, anomaly or failure;
- Any damage caused to the User’s computer.
ARTICLE 4 – ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to access the Services offered by the Site and in particular to place an order, the User may create an Account, without this condition being mandatory. The creation of an account allows you to access and benefit from the following Services or offers (non exhaustive list):
- Access all your past and current orders;
- Access the details of your orders, view your invoice or track your package;
- Access and modify your addresses: consult the addresses already saved, add, modify or delete an address;
- Post a review for a Product, noting that the review will not necessarily be published.
The creation of an Account is reserved for any individual of legal age and/or capacity.
By creating an Account, the User accepts the present T&Cs in their entirety.
To validate the creation of his Account, the User will have to fill in all the fields present in the creation form except those mentioned as optional. Failure to do so will result in the non creation of an Account. The user expressly agrees to provide accurate information.
The User will receive an email the same day confirming the creation of his Account.
ARTICLE 5 – USE OF THE ACCOUNT
The User is prohibited, without this list being exhaustive, from publishing on the Site by any means whatsoever:
- Content that is unlawful, defamatory, indecent, invasive of a person’s privacy, including their right to an image, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
- Content whose purpose is to disseminate commercial, advertising, promotional or propaganda messages or any other form of solicitation;
- Content that provides advice or comments that contravene legal and regulatory provisions;
- Contents contrary to the copyright (in particular reproduction, representation or diffusion of a work), to the neighbouring rights, to the right of the marks or to the right applicable to the data bases;
- Hypertext links referring to external sites or referring to information containing computer viruses or bypassing technical protection devices or allowing any act of piracy or hindering or disrupting access and use of the Site, networks, servers connected to the Site;
- In general, any content contrary to the law and or order
All Users are also prohibited from :
- Extract or collect personal data from users of the Site by any means;
- To extract, record or exploit, for purposes other than the sole display during navigation of this Site, the contents of third parties subject to intellectual property rights, relating to privacy, personal data or image rights;
- Store, distribute or publish any content that is illegal, contrary to good morals, infringing on privacy or violating the private rights of third parties, including the right to the image of persons and goods, intellectual property rights or the right to privacy.
- To store, distribute or publish any information that may reveal, directly or indirectly, his political, philosophical or religious opinions, his union membership, his health status or his sexual orientation;
- Submit content on behalf of a third party;
- Impersonate any third party and/or publish any personal information of a third party;
- Store, distribute or publish any content that may directly or indirectly harm the interests of the Coalvi Group.
In general, the Internet user undertakes to refrain from any behaviour that is contrary to the ethics or values and interests of the Coalvi Group.
Coalvi reserves the right to delete without notice or compensation any Account that does not comply with these TOS, without prejudice to any damages that Coalvi reserves the right to claim from the user in case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions of use of the Site.
ARTICLE 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site is the exclusive property of Coalvi. The Site and all of its content, including trademarks, logos, domain names and all their extensions, texts, still or animated images, databases, programs, etc., are protected by the legislation on intellectual property currently in force in France.
As such, Coalvi only grants Users of the Site permission to view its content on a personal and private basis, to the exclusion of any public viewing or broadcasting. The authorization of reproduction is conceded to the Users only in digital form on their computer of consultation for the purposes of visualization of the pages consulted by their navigation software. Hardcopy is authorized for private copying for the exclusive use of .
Any other use not expressly provided for in these TOU is not permitted and requires the prior written consent of Coalvi.
ARTICLE 7 – LINKS TO OUR SITE
These links may be made solely for non-commercial purposes and in accordance with the legal or regulatory provisions in force and insofar as this does not damage Coalvi’s reputation or result in any profit for the User. The Linking Site shall not disseminate any content that is illegal or that would violate ethics and good morals or that contains a false, inaccurate or misleading statement about the Site and/or Coalvi.
Users are expressly prohibited from creating a link to the Site in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or support on the part of Coalvi that does not exist. Users shall not remove or obscure by framing or otherwise, advertisements, and more generally any content published on the Site.
If Coalvi authorizes a link to the Liaison Site, this does not mean that Coalvi’s authorization implies that :
- Coalvi sponsors, cooperates, verifies or supervises the content and/or services provided by the Link Site;
- Coalvi is responsible for the content of the link site;
- The link site shall not mislead or deceive Users about Coalvi or its activities, products and services.
As such, Coalvi may request the deactivation and removal of this link at any time and without notice.
ARTICLE 8 – LINKS TO OTHER SITES
From this Site, the User may access other websites through redirection urls. These third-party sites are not under the control of Coalvi, which is not responsible for the availability of the sites and their content. The provision of links is intended for the information of Users and does not imply any responsibility on the part of Coalvi.
ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA (PD)
9.1 The User is informed that Coalvi may be required to store and process personal data concerning him/her in order to perform tasks related to its activity in the context of accessing, consulting, browsing and using the Website and the services it offers. These FADs are protected by law. For this reason, Coalvi, in its capacity as data controller, has put in place appropriate security and confidentiality measures to protect Users’ PADs. For any additional information on the conditions of collection, treatment or exercise of its rights in relation to the DCP, the Users are invited to consult the Charter of Protection of the DCP available on the site.
9.2 The User is informed that the conditions of collection and processing of cookies are specified in the Cookies Policy available on the Site, allowing Users to exercise their choice concerning the deposit and reading of cookies according to their purpose.
The information is collected on the Site and is intended solely for Coalvi and its service providers. This information is used to send the User, unless the User objects, information on Coalvi’s products and services and to manage customer relations.
SECTION 10 – NOTICE MODERATION POLICY
10.1 The User is informed that the opinions posted on the Site are subject to control and moderation before any publication, the policy of which is defined in this Article.
10.2 When a review is submitted by a User, the following information is collected by Coalvi:
- Date of notice filing;
- Score /5;
- Product concerned;
- Name, first name, email address of the User ;
- Date of use of the product ;
- Content of the notice.
10.3 In case of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the User is informed that Coalvi reserves the right not to publish the reviews posted on the Site.
In this case, Coalvi will inform the User by email of the non-publication of the submitted notice no later than 10 (ten) weeks after its submission.
10.4 The conservation period of the notices on the Site is 5 (five) years as from their diffusion, renewable by tacit agreement.
The average publication time between the submission of a notice by the User and its moderation (publication or not on the Site) will be 10 (ten) weeks maximum.
It is specified that no compensation will be offered to the User who posts a review on the Site.
ARTICLE 11 – CLAIMS
In the event of a request or complaint relating to the Site, the User may contact Coalvi customer service via the contact form.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
The use of the Site is governed by Tunisian law.
